Attractions Introduction:

  The "Mainstay of the Middle Stream" scenic spot, in the Niyang River's largest canyon, where the river is turbulent, a huge boulder stands in the middle of the river, backed by the god Foshan. According to legend, this boulder is the patron saint of Gongbu area-Gongzun Demu's seat chair.

  At the confluence of the two rivers, there is a huge boulder protruding from the center of the river, about a hundred feet high. It can play the role of the mainstay and turn the tide when it falls, only this huge rock can be worthy of it. Cai Chao, a counselor of the Ming Dynasty, built a pavilion on this boulder, named "Kuanao" pavilion, and inscribed the words "mainstream in the flow" on it.  "The mainstay of the middle stream" is located 15 kilometers away from the county seat on National Highway 318, where there are towering mountains on the south side, uninterrupted, towering mountains like bamboo shoots, steep rocky cliffs, clusters of peaks, white clouds on the top, and a half-hill slope on the north side. At the waist is the bush jungle, and the people live on the top of the slope. At the bottom of the slope is the rapids and turbulent water. The mainstay pavilion stands in the middle of the river. According to the local elderly, this big stone is "Gonzundem" self-cultivation and meditation chanting. The seat of the time, the main temple of "Gongzundem" was built in Mirui Township, Nyingchi County. The dashi was worshipped by the locals as the "Patron saint", and they burned incense to worship on auspicious days. All creatures are safe and auspicious. On the top of the boulder stands a evergreen pine tree, and there are many kinds of vegetation to admire this magical and spectacular view from a distance.
